If you are worried about 2nd hand value then you should avoid all those non-japanese brands such as Demak, Nimota, Benelli, Keeway & others. These brands does not have good resale value here.
But if you are looking for a good priced tourer and don't mind all that I would say Naza Blade 250 or Benelli tnt250 are handsome options available.
Japanese makers such as Kawasaki, Honda & Yamaha also have several good 250 bikes available at a slightly higher price.
